I would tell them from as a born and raised city girl (brooklyn) the transition was easy. The Management Staff and Corporate Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

The point is a very home-like atmosphere that provides excellent service to it's residents. There are a lot of facilities that are offered on the grounds such as the pool, gym, tennis courts, etc. It is also very quiet and in my bulding the neighbors all respect each other and their families. When something needs to be fixed, there is minimal wait time and your problem is addressed right away. The common hallway is always cleaned on Friday's and there is consistent landscaping upgrades throughout the year. I am proud to have company over to show them my beautiful apartment, as I am so happy living here.

To Sutton Hill Management. My stay here this far has been a great experience I love my apartment, love the high ceiling, only wish there was more closet space, but overall very pleased. I would highly recommend The Point At Sutton Hill. The maintanance department is outstanding and the office staff is very helpful and tentative to the tenant's needs.

My experience here has been great. My building is quiet, neighbors are polite. The grounds are beautiful, and they've just built a park right in front of my building for the kids to play. I don't swim, but I see a lot of people using the pool area. I do use the gym tha'ts provided which is open from 5am-11pm. I've never had to wait to use the equipment because its open for so many hours. Parking is great also. I moved from a very big house, so I thought i would hate living in an apartment but I was wrong. It has been great and the apartment has all updated appliance and fixtures. The greatest feature is washer and dryer in the apartment.
